Did you know certain ingredients and snacks can increase your milk supply? Here’s a list so you test it for yourself!

 

  1. Beer… Yup, you read that right.
  2. Oatmeal protein balls
    • Mix peanut butter, oats, seeds, nuts, honey, and protein powder a big bowl and make into tiny balls. Refrigerate, and enjoy!

 

3. Cucumbers with cream cheese and smoked salmon

4. Crackers and cheese

5. Dried fruit

6. Antipasto kabobs

  • Grab cooked tortellini, tomatoes, olives, salami, prosciutto, sharp cheddar and basil and line them on a skewer. Drizzle on some basil pesto, and boom. Ya done.

 

7. Fruit and yogurt smoothie

  • “Fruit salad… yummy, yummy…”

 

8. Toast with peanut butter and banana, YUM!
